Bridging the gap between garage prototypes and industrial-scale manufacturing.

Behind the Site

My passion for compressed air systems started in an automated assembly plant where intermittent pneumatic cylinder failures and rust inside solenoid valves were traced directly to excessive water condensate and oil contamination in the air header. Management had spent thousands upgrading machinery, ignoring the fact that compressed air is the most expensive and frequently neglected industrial utility.

That realization pushed me into fluid mechanics, thermodynamics of air compression, pressure dew point behavior, and ISO 8573 air purity classifications.

Real Industrial Experience

Over the years, I've audited industrial compressor rooms, engineered compressed air loop distribution networks, and optimized variable speed drive (VSD) compressor configurations to eliminate unload cycling waste. I don't just measure static pressure; I audit specific power efficiency (kW per 100 CFM), measure pressure drops across coalescing filters, and monitor pressure dew points in real-time.

At CompressorHub, I bring that fluid power engineering standard to plant engineers, facility managers, and pneumatic technicians. Whether you're calculating ring-main piping pressure drops or sizing refrigerated versus desiccant dryers, our mission is to deliver empirical industrial pneumatic engineering.

Precision First

Every pneumatic sizing guide is backed by ISO 8573 air purity testing and real-time CFM mass flow logging.

Technical Integrity

No fluff, no sponsored bias. If a compressor underperforms on specific power or a dryer spikes pressure dew point, you'll see the autopsy.

Pro Standards

Applying ASME pressure safety standards, compressed air thermodynamics, and air leak cost auditing principles.

The Arsenal: Lab Hardware

Authority is built on the physical pneumatic machinery we benchmark every day. Our testing facility is equipped with variable-speed rotary screw compressors, thermal mass refrigerated dryers, and inline dew point sensors.

Why Trust This Source?

The CompressorHub engineering archive is built on empirical testing, verified physics, and transparent hardware benchmarking. We believe documentation is an engineering discipline. Every guide, calculator, and parameter blueprint is validated before publication.

I founded this portal to give plant engineers, facility managers, and pneumatic technicians the verified fluid power formulas and air quality protocols they need to optimize industrial compressed air.

Collaboration & Inquiries

I am open to technical consultations, industrial machine testing, and professional collaborations that align with our high-fidelity standards.
